我公司生產(chǎn)的系列木片搖篩是木片制備工段的專用設(shè)備。主要用于木片生產(chǎn)過程中對(duì)大小不同規(guī)格的木片進(jìn)行分選。其分選規(guī)格可通過更換不同網(wǎng)孔尺寸的篩網(wǎng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于造紙、刨花板、中纖板等工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的木片備料工段和單一的木片生產(chǎn)基地。
The serial wood chip screen is a special device of wood chip preparing section. Mainly used in the sorting of wood chips of different size in the production process of the wood chip. The sorting specification could be realized through changing different hole size screen mesh. It is extensively applied in the material-preparing process of pulp papermaking, OSB and MDF production and also in the independent wood chip production.
本系列木片搖篩適應(yīng)產(chǎn)量從15～380m3/h不等，可供用戶根據(jù)需要自行選擇。該機(jī)可對(duì)大小不同的木片進(jìn)行分選，分選規(guī)格可由更換不同網(wǎng)孔尺寸篩網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
This serial wood chips shake-sifter suits the output from 15-200 m3/h, is suitable for users choosing according to the need. Mainly used in the sorting of wood chips of different size. The sorting specification could be realized through changing different hole size screen mesh.
本系列木片搖篩由篩框、偏心軸組件、搖臂組件、（拉臂組件）支撐、底座組件及電控部分組成。木片篩搖（擺）臂組件采用了美國ROSTA方向接頭組件。該系列搖篩具有擺動(dòng)平衡，噪聲小，使用壽命長，篩網(wǎng)易更換等特點(diǎn)。
This series of wood chip shake-sifter is made up of frame, eccentric shaft package, rocker arm package, (pull arm package) supporting, base package and electric control system. The wood chip shake-sifter shaking arm package adopts U.S.A. ROSTA directional connection package. It has characteristics of balanced swinging, low noise, long service life, easy changing of sifting net etc.
