剝皮備料工段成套生產(chǎn)線適用于造紙和中纖板行業(yè)的原木剝皮，主要是將原木、小徑木等進(jìn)行進(jìn)行原木去皮，削片，其剝凈率可達(dá)95%以上。
The debarking production line can be used for MDF and paper manufacturing industry of debark log and small diameter log. Its debarking clean rate is more than 90%.

剝皮工段工藝路線：
1、原木——上料機(jī)——?jiǎng)兤C(jī)進(jìn)料斜槽——?jiǎng)兤C(jī)——出料機(jī)——輥臺(tái)運(yùn)輸機(jī)——皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)——削片機(jī)進(jìn)料斜槽——削片機(jī)
2、由剝皮鼓出料槽和輥臺(tái)運(yùn)輸機(jī)落下的樹皮——皮帶機(jī)——能源工廠
Debarking Section Technical Route:
1、Log－Loader－Feed-in conveyer－Inclined Feed－in channel (Debarker)－Debarker－Discharge－Roller Conveyer－Belt Conveyor－Inclined Feed－in channel(Chipper)－Chipper.
2、Barks fall down from the bark discharging slot (including bark fall down the roller conveyer)－Belt Conveyer－Energy Factory.
